Each patient room is private, and the uniquely designed "clover leaf" patient care units consist of 60 beds per floor. The Emergency Department is sized to accommodate up to 60,000 visits per year.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compiles reports and prepares recommendations to management.
Analyzes financial and operational data.
Develops financial reports for historical trending.
Participates in studies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the Hospital.
Extracts financial data from various sources.
Assists in the Budget process.
Assists members of Leadership with various financial and operational tasks.
Executes pro forma projects as directed.
Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
Organize compilation and distribution of various published financial and operational reports.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Assists Senior Management in various financial and operational presentations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1 to 2 years previous work experience.
Proficient in the English language.
Computer Requirements: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. Must be able to type 45 wpm.
Demonstrates Share Behaviors / Waterman Way. Must be able to interact with the public and staff at all levels, possesses positive communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
3 years of related financial experience.
Ability to interact as a speaker with good presentation skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
