PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Director of Clinical Mission Integration is responsible for deploying the developed comprehensive outpatient Mission Alignment, Integration, and Engagement plan to align and engage providers in Adventist Health System’s mission in their assigned region. This includes monitoring systems to assess program effectiveness and impact on key performance indicators, deploying mission selection, onboarding and relational initiatives, working with local and corporate leadership in establishing provider mission integration plans and coaching providers through mission integration and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Master’s Degree in business or related field or 7+ years providing outpatient practice management support
- 3+ years’ experience working with physicians
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- 5+ years Director level experience preferred
