Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator

The Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator is a specialized health care professional who collaborates with the Nursing Director and other leaders to provide leadership to the medical/surgical/telemetry and critical care departments at Park Ridge Health. The coordinator will focus on daily and long term performance outcomes and measurements of the department. Collaborates with medical leadership partner(s) to advance quality strategies, ensure a professional work environment, facilitate timeliness of services, and enhance patient satisfaction. Demonstrates leadership through conflict resolution and service recovery with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Removes barriers to effectively implement strategic plan to achieve vision. Maintains clinical competency in order to provide patient care as appropriate. Ensures regulatory compliance.
- A minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- A minimum of three years nursing experience
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina required
- Current BCLS certification required
