Preparing for the Event

Do I have to have a nursing license to attend the event or apply for a job?
No. However, if you receive a job offer at the event, it will be contingent on you acquiring your nursing license by a certain date.

What if I live out-of-state and can't attend in person?
Let us know when you fill out the registration form, and we will immediately send you a link to record a video interview, which we will share with hiring managers.

Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Incentives

Why are you offering such a large sign-on bonus and relocation incentives?
With 45 hospitals in 9 states, we are one of the largest Protestant health care systems in the nation - and we're still growing! In response to our communities' needs, we are adding new service lines and expanding many of our campuses so we can provide the quality continuum of care that our patients needs close to home. However, we recognize that nurses are in high-demand across the country and that making the decision to move can be tough. To help ease the cost of this transition, for select Florida locations we are offering up to $20,000 in sign-on and relocation incentives to qualified nurses who meet specific requirements.

How are the sign-on bonus and relocation incentives paid out?
The exact amount of financial incentives that each new team member qualifies for is calculated based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, and hospital requirements. Moving expenses are reimbursed on the second paycheck. Sign-on bonuses are paid out in four installments during the course of two years.
